Terms and Conditions of 558bet — Platform Rules & Guidelines

1 Settings

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings described below:

• Platform: the full suite of digital services offered by 558bet, accessible via the website 558bet.best and any associated applications.
• User: any individual, aged 18 or over, residing in Brazil, who creates and uses an account at 558bet.
• Account: the individual profile created by the User upon registering at 558bet, linked to a unique CPF.
• Real Balance: the amount deposited directly by the User into their account, available for betting and withdrawal.
• Bonus Balance: credits granted by 558bet as part of promotions, subject to rollover conditions before they can be withdrawn.
• Rollover: the minimum wagering requirement on the bonus balance before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.
• Pix: Brazil's Central Bank instant payment system, available 24 hours a day for deposits and withdrawals at 558bet.
• BRL / R$: Brazilian currency (BRL), the only currency accepted for transactions at 558bet.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use 558bet's services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Not be registered as a politically exposed person (PEP) in a way that prevents the use of betting services.
• Not have previously had an account closed due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Registration at 558bet is free. Users must create a strong password and keep it confidential. 558bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. It is the User's responsibility to notify 558bet immediately if unauthorized access to their account is suspected.

3 User Account

Your 558bet account is personal and non-transferable. The User is solely responsible for all activity carried out using their login credentials. 558bet is not liable for losses resulting from password sharing or unauthorized access caused by the User's own negligence.

558bet may request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include:

• Valid government-issued photo ID: RG, CNH, or passport.
• Proof of residence in Brazil issued within the last 90 days.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (where applicable).

Users who do not complete identity verification within the deadline set by 558bet may have their withdrawals suspended until the situation is resolved. Submitted documents are treated with strict confidentiality, in compliance with the LGPD.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

558bet accepts transactions exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL). No other currency or foreign exchange is processed by the platform. The accepted payment methods are:

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 3 minutes after the request, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and all banks participating in the Pix network are accepted.

• Any attempt at fraud, money laundering, or use of third-party payment methods may result in the immediate cancellation of the withdrawal and closure of the account.

5 Sports Betting

558bet offers Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga — men's and women's, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, Formula 1, and e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire). The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final — there are no retroactive changes after confirmation.
• The minimum individual bet amount is R$ 2.00. Maximum limits per market are set individually and displayed in the interface.
• Bets placed after the official start of a live event (in-play) are processed at the odds available at the exact moment of confirmation.
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement, bets will be refunded to the User's Real Balance, unless the bet type includes a specific rule for that scenario (e.g., handicap bets where a partial result has already been determined).
• Obvious odds errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault) may be corrected by 558bet, with affected bets refunded to the Real Balance.
• Parlay bets (accumulators) combine the odds of each selection. If any selection is voided, that selection's odds are treated as 1.00 for the purpose of calculating the bet.
• Match-fixing, the use of bots, systematic arbitrage, and any form of technical exploitation of the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without prior notice.

6 Live Casino & Crash Games

In addition to Sports Betting, 558bet offers live casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX), and slots from certified providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Hacksaw Gaming. The following rules apply to these products:

• All 558bet casino games are provided by licensed suppliers with certified and auditable RTP (Return to Player) rates. The RTP value for each game is listed in the game's description.
• The outcome of casino games and crash games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) algorithms or by real-time events (Live Casino). 558bet does not interfere with results.

The following general rules apply to all 558bet bonuses:

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the rollover requirement is met are eligible for withdrawal.

8 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Temporary Pause: suspend access to your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration).
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: permanently close access to your account. After self-exclusion, it is not possible to create a new 558bet account using the same CPF.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 558bet platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts in order to claim promotions more than once or to circumvent restrictions.
• Use of third-party data (CPF, card, or Pix key) for registration or transactions without the account holder's express authorization.
• Match-fixing or coordinating with other Users to influence betting outcomes.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the casino in an automated manner.
• Systematic odds arbitrage aimed at extracting guaranteed profit by exploiting price differences across markets.
• Money laundering or any activity constituting a financial crime under Brazilian law.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 558bet support agents.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

10 Account Closure

The User may request account closure at any time by contacting 558bet support. The closure process follows the steps below:

• The User requests closure via live chat or email (contato@558bet.best), providing the CPF linked to the account.
• 558bet verifies the requester's identity and confirms that there are no pending bets or withdrawals in progress.
• The available real balance will be returned to the User via Pix within up to 5 business days after the request is confirmed.
• Bonus balance is cancelled at the time of account closure, regardless of any rollover already accumulated.

558bet may also close or suspend an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from a competent authority. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the real-money balance may be held during the investigation period.

11 Limitation of Liability

558bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the User's own betting decisions, including bets placed with bonus balance.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party provider technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
• Withdrawal delays caused by restrictions imposed by the Brazilian banking system or by third-party payment infrastructure failures.
• Rulings by leagues, federations, or sports organizations that change event results after betting has closed.

558bet's maximum liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance available in the User's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

558bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the platform. Material changes will be communicated to the User via registered email with at least 7 days' notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the new terms come into force.

13 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes between the User and 558bet will first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through the platform's support team. If the conflict persists, the parties agree that the courts of the User's domicile in Brazil shall have jurisdiction to settle any matters.

558bet operates in compliance with the regulations applicable to the sports betting and digital entertainment sector in Brazil, including:

• General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).
• Consumer Protection Code (CDC — Law No. 8,078/1990).
• Central Bank of Brazil regulations governing the instant payment system (Pix).
